Elder Abuse Response Team

The Elder Abuse Response Team (EART) is a team consisting of a police officer from the Waterloo Regional Police Service and a Nurse from the Waterloo Wellington Community Care Access Centre.  EART is a member of the Family Violence Project and is located at the Mosaic Counselling and Family Services Centre at 400 Queen Street South in Kitchener. Elder Abuse is the mistreatment of an older adult by someone who they should be able to rely on; a spouse, a child, another family member, or even a friend.
