Civilian Overview:
Civilian members are hired to provide professional and support services in a wide range of positions in almost every area of the organization such as Courts, Communications, Legal Services, Information Technology, Human Resources, Forensic Identification and Records.

Civilian Shift Rotation
Many of our civilian positions follow a 35-day shift rotation.  Typical shift hours: Days 7am – 5pm; Afternoons 1pm-11pm; Nights 11pm- 7am.  View a sample 35 day shift rotation.

These positions include:
• Records Clerk
• Communicator
• Front Desk Clerk
• PC Support Technician
• Platoon Team Leader, Records Branch
• Special Constable (Cellblock assignment)

Please note: Certain other positions follow a modified version of this 35 day shift schedule. Please check with the Human Resources Advisor for more information. Completion of a Personal History Form may be requested during the selection process. Please do not submit this form unless requested.
