The Firearms Branch are called into investigate incidents that are connected to firearms and/or the firearm license holders.

The Firearms Branch is located at police Headquarters and is available to provide general information about firearms to the public; suggest appropriate gun safety courses and supply a limited number of applications for possession and acquisition licenses.

The normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
