The following services are offered at Waterloo Regional Police Service:




Alarm Registration $10 Renewable annually on April 1

$75 +
$25 for each additional alarm

Collision Report- Non Participating organizations $125 + HST= $141.25 3 weeks
Collision Report- Participating organizations $33 + HST =$37.29  
  • $30 per copy*
  • $50 per family* 
    (*Plus $25 for all electronic submission for non-volunteers)

Monday to Friday by appointment only

Some Saturday appointments may be available.

File Closure $30 + HST= $33.90 30 days for WRPS + nine months for RCMP
Occurrence Summary $50 + HST = $56.50 3 weeks

Police Information Check $25.00 3 weeks
Police Vulnerable Sector Check $25.00 3 weeks

*Acceptable identification is also required.

NOTE: Cash is accepted at all locations.  Debit and credit cards are accepted at the Police Reporting Centre, 150 Maple Grove Road, Cambridge location.
