August, 2011
- On August 3, 2011, the Waterloo Regional Police Service welcomed 15 new officers during a badge ceremony at Kitchener City Hall. Also participating in the ceremony were representatives from the City of Kitchener, K-W Multicultural Centre and Kitchener Downtown Business Association. Read more.

- On December 5, 2011, the Waterloo Regional Poice welcomed 24 new officers to our ranks at a ceremony at Ecole Cardinal Leger. Read more.
