Waterloo Regional Police Alarm Registration
To register a new company, download the registration form and complete the following steps:
- Complete Part B only.
- Submit to the address listed at the bottom of the form
- Upon receipt of your registration, the Alarm Coordinator will issue a 2-digit prefix that will be affixed to your company premise ID code. This prefix is exclusive to your company (eg. Jones Alarm would likely be JA)
- When submitting new premise registration, it will be up to your company to issue a premise ID number, using your assigned prefix, followed by a number of up to 4 digits (eg. JA0001)

Please Note: Registration must be through a registered alarm-security company.
For a registered alarm-security company to register a new premise, download the registration form and complete the following steps:
- Complete all the boxes in the form.
- Enter your premise ID on the form for this location.
- Forward a copy of this registration along with the $10.00 registration fee to the address at the bottom of the form.
