What is it?
The Waterloo Regional Police Service will consider sealing or destroying adult fingerprints, photographs and dispositions in accordance with the Destruction of Fingerprints and Dispositions  process.

How much?
$30.00 application fee + HST = $33.90 
$30.00 appeal fee + HST = $33.90

How Long?
You will receive notification of our decision within 30 days of the court disposition being updated in our systems. If approved it will take up to nine months to receive the information back from the RCMP and you will receive another letter when the destruction has occurred.

If denied you will have 35 days to file an appeal. A final decision will be sent to you within 60 days.
