Central Division detectives continue to investigate a sexual assault report in Kitchener and are releasing the attached composite sketch with an appeal to the public for any information that could identify the suspect.

Waterloo Region (July 27, 2012)-- It has come to our attention that Google search results for Waterloo Regional Police Service(s) are currently displaying some incorrect information about our phone number and location.  We ask for your patience as we attempt to work with Google to help correct the problem.

A random check using other search engines such as Yahoo and Bing have produced correct results.

On Thursday July 26, 2012 at approximately 9:50 pm four young teens were approached by an unknown male in Greenfield Park in the area of Greenfield Ave and Traynor Ave. in the city of Kitchener.

The unknown male approached one teen with a knife and demanded the others teens empty their pockets.

HUGO CRES, KITCHENER
Police and Fire attended a small fire in the third floor bathroom of the Conestoga Retirement home on July 24,2012.

The residents were evacuated while the fire was handled by KFD. There were no injuries and minor property damage. The residents were allowed to return after approximately 45 mins.
