Assistance in locating dangerous male in Waterloo

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is asking for the communities assistance in locating Joshua Cowell, born June 17, 1977.

Joshua Cowell was last seen today at approximately 5:30 p.m. in Waterloo.

Joshua Cowell is considered dangerous and should not be approached. His parole has been revoked.

Anyone observing Cowell is asked to call 911 immediately.

Cowell is described as white, 5’11, 180 lbs., red hair, tattoos on his left and right arms and his neck. There is no clothing description.

Anyone with information is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
