Incident # 12-177878 Type : Indecent Act
KINGSWAY DR, KITCHENER
On Monday July 30, 2012 at approximately 1:45 pm loss prevention officers working in Fairview Park Mall contacted police advising that a male was attempting to look up unsuspecting female's skirts as they walked through the mall. The male was also allegedly using his smart phone to take "up skirt" photos of women.
Police attended and the suspect was located and arrested. A 31 year old Atwwod male is charged with one count of Voyeurism.

Incident # 12-178971 Type : Motor Vehicle Collision - Hit and Run
TRUSSLER RD, WILMOT
On July 31, 2012 at 5:50 PM a site supervisor with a construction company operating on a section of closed road in the area of Trussler Road between Bleams Road and Huron Road in Wilmot Township, was struck by a small silver car causing him to fall to the ground.
The silver car drove through the construction site and fled the scene. The supervisor received minor cuts to his arms and did not require medical attention.
The driver is described as a young male in his 20's with short dark hair and an olive complexion. There was a female passenger tin the car at the time.
This incident is being investigated as a hit and run.
Waterloo Regional Police remind the public to obey road closure signs; not only to protect construction workers, but the motor vehicle operators and passengers as well. Insurance companies will not entertain a claim for damages received on a closed highway.
