Incident # 12-151191    Type : Robbery    
MAX BECKER DRIVE, KITCHENER
On Friday, June 29, 2012 at 5:30 a.m. police responded to the area of Max Becker Dr. and Fischer Hallman Rd., Kitchener.

A man and woman reported having been approached by an unknown male and attacked. The 19 year old male was struck in the face while the 19 year old female reported being sexually assaulted.

The male was treated at hospital for his injuries. The female also attended hospital for further assessment.

The suspect was not known to either victim and fled from the area immediately after the attack.

The suspect is described as a Black male, light complexion, 5’ 11" - 6' tall, approximately 165 pounds with short dark hair, green eyes and wearing a green tank top and red shorts.

Incident # 12-184163    Type : Dangerous Condition    
FRANKLIN BLVD AND SAVAGE, CAMBRIDGE ON CANADA (AREA: WS
On August 07, 2012 at 7:26 am, Waterloo Regional Police and Cambridge Fire Department responded to Franklin Blvd and Savage Drive in the city of Cambridge. A fuel tank had come off a pickup truck resulting in a diesel spill.

City of Cambridge crews attended for the clean upl and Ministry of Environment was notified of spill.

The driver, a 62 year old St. George male, was charged with operating an unsafe vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act.

Incident # 12-184067    Type : Assault    
VICTORIA ST S, KITCHENER
During the early morning hours of Tuesday August 7th 2012 an assault took place inside an apartment on Victoria St S in the City of Kitchener.

A male suffering from mental health issues attacked a male acquaintance with a knife inside his residence.

Police attended the residence and arrested the suspect at the scene. The victim was transported to hospital and was treated for severe but non-life threatening injuries.

A 29 year old Kitchener male was held for a bail hearing and is charged with a number of offences including Aggravated Assault and Forcible Confinement.

On August 7th, 2012, police arrested a 22 year old Kitchener male in connection with this incident. He was charged with Robbery X2 and Sexual Assault and was held for a bail hearing on August 8th, 2012.
