Incident # 12-231837 Type : Motor Vehicle Collision - Injuries
FISCHER-HALLMAN RD, KITCHENER
On September 30th 2012, at approximately 1:20pm, a vehicle roll-over occurred after the driver hit the gravel shoulder on Fischer- Hallman Road past Bleams Road.
Traffic in the area was backed up for two hours while emergency services were on scene. All four individuals, including two young infants in the vehicle were transported to Grand River hospital with minimal injuries.
The investigation is continuing.
Incident # 12-232000 Type : Fire
QUEEN ST W, CAMBRIDGE
On September 30, 2012 at 6:23pm Waterloo Regional Police responded to a fire in the area of 215 Queen St. W in the city of Cambridge. An abandoned trailer behind the Lens Mills store had been set on fire with a cigarette causing approximately $8000 worth of damage. A youth has been charged with arson and released on a PTA OIC.
Incident # 12-229871 Type : Motor Vehicle Collision - Injuries
GREENFIELD ROAD, NORTH DUMFRIES ON CANADA (AREA: WRS
On Friday, September 28, 2012 at approximately 3:25pm, Waterloo Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a van and a car at the intersection of Greenfield Road and Shouldice Side Road in the Township of North Dumfries.
A 22 year old man was transported to the hospital with minor injuries after his northbound car collided with a eastbound van.
The driver of the van, a 45 year old female, was also transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
A utility pole was struck by the van and severely damaged. Power in the area was out for more than 8 hours.
The intersection was closed off by police to maintain public safety while Hydro personnel replaced the utility pole.
Regional Police have charged the 22 year Cambridge man with Careless Driving, Disobey Stop sign and having open liquor in motor vehicle.

FRANKLIN BLVD, CAMBRIDGE
On September 27, 2012 police were called to Zehrs located in the plaza at 200 Franklin Blvd in the city of Cambridge for an Indecent Act complaint.
A male was observed attaching a cell phone to his shoe and using it to view up women's skirts inside the store.
Police attended the store and observed video surveillance of the offence.
A 28 year old Cambridge male was arrested and charged with Voyeurism and his cell phone was seized.
Incident # 12-230244 Type : Assault
EZRA AVE, WATERLOO
On September 28, 2012 at approximately 11:50pm a 19 year old male was assaulted by an unknown suspect in uptown Waterloo.
The victim sustained a broken jaw requiring hospitalization.
The suspect is described as male, Caucasian 17-20 years old wearing a black baseball cap.

Incident # 12-231813 Type : Theft under 5000
WYMAN RD, WATERLOO
Between 6pm on the 29th and 9am on the 30th of Septemnber 2012, unknown pesons removed a large bright blue Muskoka-style chair from the front lawn of WE SELLIT, a business located at the corner of Wyman and King St N in Waterloo.
The chair weighs between 800 and 900 pounds. It is 5' wide x 6' long x 10' high. Only 3 chairs similar to this one have ever been made.

Incident # 12-231270 Type : Motor Vehicle Collision - Injuries
KING ST N, WATERLOO ON CANADA (AREA: WN
On 29 September 2012 at approximately 10:00pm, Police responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the area of King Street North and Central Street in the city of Waterloo.
A 20 year old male from Brooklyn, Ontario was crossing King Street when he was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound on King Street.
The male was taken to hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.
Charges against the driver are pending further investigation.

Incident # 12-230102 Type : Motor Vehicle Collision - Injuries
OTTAWA ST S/INTERNATIONAL PL, KITCHENER ON CANADA (AREA: WC
On Friday September 28th, 2012 at 8:23 p.m., a three motor vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Ottawa St. S. and International Place in the city of Kitchener.
A Jeep Liberty, driven by a 26 year old Baden woman was heading north on Ottawa St. S. and was making a left turn onto International Place. A southbound Hyundai, driven by a 48 year old Kitchener man, struck the back end of the Jeep.
The Jeep was forced into oncoming eastbound traffic on International Place beside a stopped Kia van driven by a 20 year old Kitchener woman.
The Hyundai spun around and the driver continued to drive forward and wedged the Hyundai between the Jeep and the Kia where it came to rest.
The injuries were minor. Two passengers in the Jeep were transported to local hospitals for treatment. The driver of the Hyundai was arrested for alcohol related offences and the driver of the Jeep was charged for turning not in safety.
