North Division Detectives are releasing the attached composite image along with an appeal to the public for information that may help identify a male wanted in connection to several indecent acts in Waterloo.
Synopsis:
Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate numerous suspicious person incidents that have occurred in Cedarbrae Avenue–Parkside Drive area of Waterloo and are urging the public to remain vigilant about their surroundings.
Between November 3, 2011 and May 25, 2012, there have been five separate incidents in which a lone female was approached by a male who engages them in conversation and then exposes his genitals.
The male is described as a Black, between 17 and 25 years, with short curly black hair and of average build and height.
There have been no physical injuries to any of the victims.
The public is reminded to be aware of their surroundings at all times and to report any similar incidents or suspicious activity to police. Click here for additional personal safety tips.
