Regional Police investigate homicide in Kitchener - Update

For Immediate Release:  May 28, 2016

Waterloo Region, ON– On May 27, 2016, at 9:30 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of gun shots on Greendale Crescent, in Kitchener.

Upon arrival, police located 33 year old Brandon Makins (previously released as Makin) of Kitchener, deceased.

On Tuesday, March 15,  at 3:17 a.m. Waterloo Regional Police responded to reports of gun shots in two locations on Paulander Drive in Kitchener. Officers responded to the scene and located two bullet holes in a residential window and witnesses reported several suspects who fled the scene in a vehicle at a high rate of speed.
