New Alarm Registration

To register a new company, print the Security Company Alarm Registration Form and complete the following steps:

1. Complete Part B only.
2. Submit to the address listed at the bottom of the form
3. Upon receipt of your registration, the Alarm Coordinator will issue a 2 or 3-digit prefix that will be affixed to your company premise ID code. This prefix is exclusive to your company.  Example:  Jones Alarm would likely be JA
4. When submitting new premise registration, it will be up to your company to issue a premise ID number, using your assigned prefix, followed by a number of up to 4 digits (eg. JA0001)
