Play a horn or know how to hit a drum in time? Come out for the band. We are always looking for new members. You do not need to be a member of the Police Service to participate.  Being a standard wind band arrangement, our instrumentation consists of: Flute, Piccolo, Oboe, Bb clarinet, Bass Clarinet, Soprano Sax, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Baritone Sax, French Horn, Trumpet, Cornet, Trombone, Bass Trombone, Euphonium/Baritone, Tuba, Drum Kit with Percussion and Drum Line (Snares and Tenors, and Bass) for parades. If you play any of these instruments you are welcome to come and join us. There is no audition, just come out and play! You really don't have to play an instrument to be part of the band. The band's Parade and Show Presentations proudly feature a Precision Rifle Drill Team and Colour Party. So if you like marching and precision drill, come out and see what we have to offer. The rifle drill team and colour party rehearse along with the band. Prospective members should contact a band member or call the Band Administrator to make sure they know where the practice is and we know that you are coming. Come out for a few rehearsals and if you are comfortable with the level of playing we would love to have you!
