Waterloo Regional Police Investigate Homicide in Cambridge

Waterloo Region, Ontario The Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Major Crime Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred on Southwood Drive in Cambridge on Thursday, January 31, 2019.

Police responded to a residence at approximately 6:25 a.m. and located a male with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

There will be an increased police presence in the area as the investigation continues by members of our Major Crime Unit, Forensic Identification Unit and General Detectives.
