Deputy Chief Jen Davis is a 24-year-member of the Waterloo Regional Police Service.
Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of areas, including Frontline Patrol, General Investigations, Intimate Partner Violence, Homicide, Strategic Services, Human Resources, Professional Standards, Training and Education, and, most recently, as the Superintendent of Professional Development.
In 2020, Deputy Chief Davis was appointed Lead Command of Operations for the Waterloo Region COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Task Force.
Deputy Chief Davis is a Board member for Langs Community Health Centre and serves on its Community Services committee.
She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Administration Degree - Concentration in Organizations - from Athabasca University, and is currently completing post-graduate studies in Emergency Management at Wilfrid Laurier University.
