Waterloo Regional Police Arrest Four Males after Drug Investigation in Cambridge

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have arrested four males in connection to a lengthy drug trafficking investigation.

On January 30, 2025, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Drugs and Firearms Unit concluded a four-month Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation with the completion of five search warrants in Cambridge.

Four residences and one commercial business were searched.

Drugs, including suspected cocaine and fentanyl, and Canadian currency were seized as part of the investigation.

A 25-year-old, a 20-year-old, and two 19-year-old males, all from Cambridge, were arrested and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, as well as various court order charges.

The accused parties were held in police custody for a bail hearing.
