Police Arrest a 31-year-old Kitchener Male in Connection to an Indecent Act

On June 6, 2021, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a 31-year-old Kitchener male in connection to an indecent act.

On April 28, 2021, at approximately 6 p.m., police responded to the area of Charles Street East in Kitchener for a report of a male committing an indecent act.

The male left prior to police arrival.

As a result of the ongoing investigation, the male was identified and arrested.

The male has been charged with Indecent Act in a Public Place, as well as two counts of Fail to Comply with Judicial Release Order.
