Bryan Larkin, Chief of Police for the Waterloo Regional Police Service, will speak to media in relation to church services that were held this weekend at Trinity Bible Chapel.
The service was held despite a Superior Court Order compelling the Chapel to comply with the Reopening Ontario Act.
