Police Perform Life-Saving Measures on a one-year-old Child

On Sunday, April 11, 2021, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of Grey Fox Drive in Kitchener for a child in distress. Upon arrival, police located a one-year-old child with vital signs absent. The officer on scene performed life-saving measures and revived the child.  

The child was later transported to hospital by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services for further assessment. 

Excellent work by all involved, including call-takers, dispatchers and emergency service workers.
