Police Respond to a Disturbance in Ayr

On April 29, 2021 at approximately 3:30 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of Manley Street in North Dumfries for a report of a disturbance inside a residence.

Reports indicate that two adult males were engaged in a verbal argument, which turned into a physical altercation.

One male sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and was transported to an out-of-region hospital for treatment.

The suspect fled prior to police arrival and currently remains outstanding. The victim and the suspect are known to one another.
