Police Seeking Assistance to Locate Wanted Male

UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male wanted on outstanding warrants for charges including robbery with violence and breach of probation.

On February 27, 2025, David Rommelaere, 41, was arrested by police in Waterloo.

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.

Waterloo Regional Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation.

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate a male wanted on criminal charges.

David Rommelaere, 41, with connections to Waterloo Region, is currently wanted on two outstanding warrants for multiple criminal offences, including robbery with violence, disguise with intent, and breach of probation.

Mr. Rommelaere is known to frequent both Kitchener and Waterloo.

If seen, do not approach and contact 911 immediately.
