Road safety is everyone’s responsibility. We want to continue to remind motorists to obey the rules of the road. Drivers are encouraged to slow down, buckle up and be mindful of pedestrians crossing at crosswalks.

“We are committed to ensuring the safety of all students as well as the entire community,” said Bryan Larkin, Chief of Police. “The goal of Project Safe Semester is to not only discourage unlawful behaviour, but to encourage safe and respectable behaviour. We want students to have fun, but we want them to have fun in a safe and respectable manner.”

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is dedicated to ensuring the safety of all its community members. Together, we can help make safety a priority throughout the school year.
