Waterloo Regional Police Charge Woolwich Male After Collision Involving Four Pedestrians

Waterloo Region, Ontario  - WRPS’ Traffic Services Unit is investigating a collision in Cambridge.

On January 3, 2022, at approximately 6:33 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a GMC motor vehicle and 4 pedestrians at Pinebush Road and Conestoga Boulevard.

2 pedestrians were transported to local hospital with minor non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the GMC, a 45-year-old Breslau male did not sustain any injuries and has been charged with fail to yield to pedestrian.

The intersection was closed for several hours for the police investigation.
