Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate a Waterloo Person-on-Person Robbery

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a person-on-person robbery that occurred in Waterloo.

On April 16, 2024, at approximately 8:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in the area of Weber Street South and Erb Street East.

Police learned two unknown males approached the victim while on a scooter. The victim was pushed off the scooter and the suspects left with it.

There were no reports of any physical injuries.

The victim would later locate the scooter near where the incident occurred.

The investigation is ongoing.
