Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate After Body Discovered in Kitchener

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate the discovery of a body found in a wooded area near Homer Watson Boulevard and Bleams Road in Kitchener on July 26, 2018.

The adult female body was discovered shortly after 12 p.m. by hikers in the area. The body has been sent to Hamilton for a post mortem to determine cause and time of death, as well as the identity of the deceased.

Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Major Crime Unit, General Detectives and Forensic Identification officers are continuing to investigate.
