Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate Kitchener Home Invasion

Waterloo Region, Ontario  Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate a home invasion in Kitchener.

On June 5, 2024, at approximately 5:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a home invasion in the area of Westmeadow Drive and Dawn Ridge Drive.

Three unknown suspects forced their way into a home and assaulted the three victims inside the home. One of the victims was struck in the head with a baton before the suspects stole personal documents and keys to the victim’s vehicle.

The suspects fled the residence and stole the victim’s vehicle parked in the driveway.

The stolen vehicle was later involved in a fail to remain collision in Mississauga.

The three suspects were described as males, wearing black clothing, masks, and one was wearing a high visibility traffic vest.

Investigators believe that this was a targeted incident and the victims reported minor physical injuries.
