Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate Shooting Incident in Cambridge

Waterloo Region, Ontario  Waterloo Regional Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred at a Cambridge residence.

On June 8, 2025, at approximately 6:40 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots in the area of Roseview Avenue and Malcom Street.

Through the investigation, officers determined that an unknown individual fired multiple gunshots into a residence before fleeing the area on foot. There were no physical injuries reported.

Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.

The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ General Investigations Unit.
