Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate Stolen Vehicle in Kitchener

Ongoing investigation.

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate a stolen vehicle in Kitchener.

On December 21, 2022, at approximately 9:10 p.m., police received a report of a vehicle theft from a residence in the area of Deer Ridge Drive and Joseph Schoerg Crescent.

The victim advised police that they had posted their high-end vehicle for sale on an online buy and sell website. The victim then made arrangements to meet with a potential buyer to view the vehicle.

Two unknown suspects attended the victim’s residence and inspected the vehicle. One of the suspects then entered the driver seat of the vehicle and fled the area with the vehicle. This suspect was described as a white male, mid 30’s approximately 5’10”, with short brown hair.

A second suspect fled the area in the vehicle that the suspects had arrived in. This suspect was described as a white male and also mid 30’s.

The investigation is ongoing by members of WRPS’ Break, Enter and Vehicle Theft (BEVT) Unit.
