Waterloo Regional Police Investigate Two Separate Incidences of Stolen Pride Flags

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police investigating after two Pride flags were stolen in North Dumfries Township.

On December 5, 2023, at approximately 8:30 a.m., police responded to the area of Hilltop Drive and Hunt Street for reports of two separate incidences of Pride flags being stolen from residences.

Police are treating this as a hate-motivated incident. The investigation remains ongoing.
