Waterloo Region, Ontario – Members of the WRPS' General Investigations Unit are continuing to investigate reports of mischief to vehicles in Kitchener.
On September 7, 2022, police received more than 30 reports of deflated vehicle tires on SUVs in the Rockway area. These incidents are believed to have occurred during the overnight hours on September 6 and 7, 2022.
Investigators would like to identify and speak with the individual pictured below in connection to this incident.
Residents in the Rockway area are asked to check the video from their security or doorbell cameras for any suspicious activity.

The unknown suspects left notes behind on the vehicles’ windshields indicating that the tires were deflated because of the consequences of driving large vehicles.
These incidents are believed to have occurred during the overnight hours on September 6 and 7, 2022.
The investigations remain ongoing by WRPS' General Investigations Unit.

On July 22, 2022, police received more than 10 reports of deflated vehicle tires on SUVs in the following areas:
- Westforest Trail
- Stoke Drive
- Trelawney Street
- Carrington Place
- Bushwood Court
- Strathmere Court
The unknown suspects left notes behind on the vehicles’ windshields indicating that the tires were deflated because of the consequences of driving large vehicles.
These incidents are believed to have occurred during the overnight hours on July 22 and 23, 2022.
WRPS’ General Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate these incidents as well as over 30 others from July 17, 2022.

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating reports of property damage in the Glasgow Heights and Stanley Park areas of Kitchener.
On July 17, 2022, police received more than 30 reports of property damage to SUVs parked on driveways and roadways in the area.
The tires on the vehicles were deflated using a device that made the tires slowly leak overnight.
The suspects then left a note on the windshields that stated, "Your gas guzzler kills."
The incidents were believed to have occurred in the early morning hours of July 17.
Through the initial investigation, police learned that no damage was done to the tires or the vehicles.
The investigation is ongoing.
