
Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a hit-and-run in which two vehicles were struck by the subject vehicle in Waterloo.
On January 17, 2023, at approximately 4 p.m., a black car was observed travelling in the area of University Avenue East and Carter Avenue when the driver struck two vehicles before speeding away from the scene.
The vehicle was last observed travelling west on University Avenue.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time with dashcam footage.
