Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Robbery at Gas Station in Waterloo

Waterloo Region, Ontario - Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a robbery at a business in the area of Weber Street North and University Avenue East in Waterloo. 

On August 11, 2022, at approximately 2 a.m., police attended a gas station after receiving a report of a robbery. 

An unknown male suspect demanded cash from an employee before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash. 

There were no physical injuries reported. 

Police are looking to identify the following individual. 

The male suspect has been described as white, 5'5" tall, and was last seen wearing a grey jacket, jeans, a white baseball cap and a white cloth mask.

The investigation is ongoing.
