Waterloo Regional Police Lay Additional Charges in Relation to Sexual Assault Investigation

Media Release

Waterloo Region, Ontario – On September 24, 2019, Waterloo Regional Police  arrested and charged Jeffrey Sloka, a 51-year-old Waterloo male, in connection to 34 separate sexual assaults against women in Waterloo Region.

On December 10, 2019, as part of the ongoing investigation, Waterloo Regional Police charged Sloka, with 29 additional counts of Sexual Assault. 

It is alleged, from January 2010 to June 2017, Sloka sexually assaulted patients under his care, while he was a physician in Kitchener.

The investigation remains ongoing, as investigators believe there may be more victims.
