Waterloo Regional Police Make Third Arrest in Connection to Fatal Shooting

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a third individual in connection to a homicide that occurred in Cambridge on November 19, 2018.

Police responded to a report of a shooting in the area of Christopher Drive and Champlain Boulevard around 8:10 p.m.  

A male was located in the area with serious injuries and transported to hospital. He was later pronounced deceased.

The victim has been identified as Bradley Pogue, 24, from Cambridge. A post-mortem examination determined that Bradley Pogue died from gunshot wounds.  

On November 20, 2018, Waterloo Regional Police arrested Adam Adonis De-Gannes, 24, from Cambridge in connection to the incident. He has been charged with one count of Second Degree Murder.

On November 26, 2018, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a second male in connection to the homicide. His name, or any other information that could identify him, cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He has been charged with Second Degree Murder, Breach of Probation, Robbery with a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Loaded Restricted Firearm, Possession of a Firearm Contrary to Prohibition Order, and Possess Schedule II Substance for Trafficking.

On June 6, 2019, Waterloo Regional Police arrested a female in connection to the homicide.  A 38-year-old Cambridge female has been charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder in the Second Degree, Accessory After the Fact to Robbery with a Firearm, Obstruct Justice, and Intimidate Justice System Participant.
