WRPS Arrest Male After a Kitchener Drug Trafficking Investigation

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a Kitchener male after a drug trafficking investigation in Kitchener.

On March 12, 2025, members of the Waterloo Regional Police Drugs and Firearms Unit completed a search warrant in the area of King Street West and Wellington Street South. The search was as the result of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.

Officers seized suspected fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, various pills, and Canadian Currency.

A 26-year-old Kitchener male has been arrested and charged with five counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The male was held for a bail hearing.
