WRPS Continue to Investigate Hate-Motivated Graffiti in Waterloo

Hate Crime Investigation.

Waterloo Region, Ontario - On August 13, 2022, Waterloo Regional Police received a report of graffiti in the area of King Street North and Dupont Street in Waterloo.

Graffiti, including hate-motivated writing, was etched into the front door of a business.

The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between August 10, 2022, at 5 p.m. and August 11, 2022, at 12:30 p.m.

The investigation is ongoing.
