WRPS Continue to Investigate Motorcycle Collision in Waterloo

Traffic Collision Investigation

Waterloo Region, Ontario – WRPS’ Traffic Services Unit is investigating a motorcycle collision in Waterloo.

On July 17, 2024, at approximately 12:35 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle at the intersection of Weber Street North and Bridgeport Road East.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 30-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

The intersection was closed for several hours for the police investigation.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is encouraged to call police at 519-570-9777, extension 8856.
