Waterloo Region, Ontario – On September 14, 2022, at approximately 9:25 p.m., police received a report of a physical altercation involving that took place in the area of Activa Avenue and Cotton Grass Street in Kitchener.
A witness reported that the incident involved approximately 10 to 20 youth.
Upon arrival, officers located an 18-year-old male suffering from a stab wound.
The victim was transported by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing by members of WRPS’ General Investigations Unit.
