
Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate an assault in Cambridge.
On December 29, 2024 at approximately 2 a.m., police responded to the area of Water Street North and Dickson Street after a 24-year-old male and 26-year-old female were victims of an assault.
During the investigation, officers learned that the male and female were in a verbal altercation with an unknown male. During the altercation, the unknown male assaulted both, resulting in serious physical injuries.
The suspect is described as a male, approximately 6’, blonde hair, wearing a dark sweater with a red baseball cap, last seen on foot in the area of Ainslie Street.
