
Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an incident Uptown Waterloo involving a noxious substance.
On March 14, 2025, at approximately 2:25 a.m., police responded to reports of a disturbance in the area of King Street North bar district.
An unknown male approached a group of people outside and sprayed, what is believed to be bear mace, at the group. The male fled the area prior to police arrival.
Several people suffered minor physical injuries, and were treated by paramedics or transported to a local hospital.
Police are looking to identify the individual in the images who may be in connection to the investigation.
