WRPS Investigating Report of Suspicious Male in King and University Area of Waterloo

Waterloo Region, Ontario - Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a suspicious male approaching a female in Waterloo. 

On March 27, 2022, at approximately 8 a.m., police received a report of a suspicious male in the area of King Street North and University Avenue West. 

The male persistently attempted to speak with a female walking in the area. The male approached the female several times as he followed her in his vehicle and offered her a ride home. 

Eventually, the male left the area, driving a dark blue sedan. 

The male has been described as Black, in his 30s, with a medium build, dark hair and wearing glasses.
