WRPS Neighbourhood Policing Arrest Break and Enter Suspect

Waterloo Region, Ontario – Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Neighbourhood Policing North Division have arrested a male after responding to a break-in at a commercial property in Kitchener. 

On February 4, 2023, at approximately 9:45 p.m., police received a report of a break-and-enter in progress at a business on Bingemans Centre Drive. 

A male suspect gained entry through a side door of the building and stole electronic devices before leaving the property. 

The suspect was later located in the area and arrested by police. 

A 32-year-old male has been charged with several offences, including: 

  • Break and Enter - Committing Theft Under $5,000
  • Possession of Break and Enter Tools
  • Possession of Stolen Property Under $5,000

The accused was held in police custody for a bail hearing.
